Dear John, I wanted to express my thanks to you for all your help in teaching me about Swan Valley Idaho property over the last several years. Obviously , since I am from Georgia I started with almost no knowledge other than my impression that it was a pretty place. I was fortunate to find your name simply through an internet search. You sounded trustworthy when I first contacted you and you have never given me any reason to doubt that trust. You took the time to show my family around several times and to help me make intelligent decisions. I now am the fortunate owner of 3 pieces of property you sold me in Swan Valley, all of which have appreciated remarkably in a short time. I own real estate in other states as well, but to date you are the best I have worked with. Someday we look forward to being " neighbors". Thanks again for all your help.

Thanks for everything! We love the property and can’t believe how easy the whole process turned out to be. Not only was it painless, it was fun. From bringing your dogs to play with Lucy and Ethan, to showing us good places to eat, you always seemed to care more about us than the business transaction.
